Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

To keep costs down, all orders are typically packed on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The cut-off is around noon Monday (Pacific Time). Your package is then picked up by a package carrier from us every Monday afternoon.

You will receive tracking information for your package over the weekend or by Monday at the latest.

During periods of high demand, such as before Christmas and Mother's Day, we try to process your orders more often.

United States shipping

Free shipping is available on qualifying US orders with a subtotal of at least US$80. Shipping charges for other orders are shown at checkout.

Rates and estimates

Available shipping rates and charges for other orders are shown at checkout. Rates vary by destination and selected service.

Where we ship

We deliver to all of the United States of America and can ship to Post Offices and PO Boxes as well as physical addresses.

Canadian shipping

Canadian shoppers can select Canada and pay in Canadian dollars. Free Canadian shipping is available on qualifying orders with a subtotal of at least $100 USD, converted to the equivalent amount in CAD at checkout. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Canadian duties and taxes

Where applicable, Canadian import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and shown before payment. These charges are separate from shipping; a free-shipping offer does not waive duties or taxes.

How do I check the status of my order?

Tracking

When your order has begun packing, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Tracking will change once the shipping carrier picks up on Monday.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at talktolanolin@lanolinbeauty.us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
